Job Description

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met. Lead, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company standards. Coordinate production schedules and allocate resources to meet operational demands. Monitor production performance, including yield, efficiency, and downtime, and implement improvements as needed. Ensure proper execution of manufacturing processes, including mixing, coating, and related battery material operations. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Identify production issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain accurate production records and reports in ERP/MES systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment required. Strong understanding of production processes, preferably in battery materials or chemical manufacturing. Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements. Experience with ERP/MES systems and production reporting tools preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible or rotating shifts based on production needs. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English required for daily communication and coordination.
