Job Description
Description Minimum Qualifications:
(Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills): + High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. + 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the assembly of electrical switchgear and/or power generation equipment. + 1+ years of leadership and/or supervisory experience + Demonstrated competency with an ERP system utilized in a manufacturing environment (IFS or SAP preferred). + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation - such as schematics, assembly drawings, opera rational manuals, safety rules, and standardized work instructions. + Ability to compile data and reports for communicating performance versus goals (on-time, quality levels, etc.). + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. + Efficiently communicate on-time, quality, safety, and improvement initiatives to cell leaders. + Understand production process and how they relate to production schedules and due dates. + Monitor labor hour allotment to jobs and track/trend performance versus goals. + Interface with engineering to ensure design questions or clarifications are answered quickly and clearly to minimize production delays. + Effective Problem Solving.
