Bilingual Team Lead

Job Summary The Team Lead oversees a team of production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations within an automotive facility. This role supports daily production goals, enforces safety and quality standards, and helps build a positive, high‑performance team environment.

Shift:

2:45 P.M-11:45 P.M Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate production associates to meet daily targets. Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and monitor performance and attendance. Oversee shop‑floor operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. Enforce all safety policies, 5S practices, and OSHA requirements. Perform visual inspections and quality checks; report and segregate nonconforming parts. Train new hires on processes, equipment, safety, and quality expectations. Assist with onboarding after HR completes initial steps. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate/technical degree preferred. 2-4 years of manufacturing experience; automotive strongly preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work various shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed. Basic computer skills and ability to read/understand production documents. Competent in safe operation of manufacturing equipment and basic math skills.
