Production Supervisor Swamp Rider LP High Point, NC Job Details Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Manufacturing management Manufacturing facility experience Production planning Mentoring Assembly line experience Full Job Description Production Supervisor - North Carolina Swamp Rider is expanding into North Carolina and seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to help launch and lead manufacturing operations at our new U.S. facility. Our North Carolina production facility is scheduled to begin operations in August 2026 . Successful candidates may start earlier and receive training with our Canadian production team to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily assembly and production operations Lead and support production and assembly teams Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met Coordinate workflow, materials, and production schedules Train, mentor, and develop production staff Communicate regularly with production and engineering teams in Canada Participate in training programs at our Canadian facility Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with setting up and optimizing manufacturing processes during facility launch

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role Experience in equipment, powersports, automotive, or vehicle assembly preferred Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-border teams Willingness to travel to Canada for training as required
