for 2nd shift Monitor plant efficiency and work load Work alongside the team when needed to meet production goals. Learn each position within the plant and ensure work is completed correctly. Set up jigs according to shop drawings. Complete quality audits and address quality concerns. Train associates on assigned jobs and production procedures. Keep production organized and moving throughout the shift. Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce safety procedures. Communicate staffing, production, quality, and equipment needs to plant management. Responsibilities Responsible for plant efficiency and dollars per hour numbers Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly Maintain a safe work environment Set up jigs according to shop drawings.
