ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
This is a full-time position. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required. As a Crew Foreman, you will oversee and direct crews engaged in stormwater repair projects across both residential and commercial properties. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising and training team members, assigning tasks to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently, and maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards. You will conduct erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, sediment removal, grading, mowing, and planting, while operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers. You will interpret construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, utilize company technology to submit service reports, and ensure accurate tracking of project hours and material costs. Proper upkeep of equipment and detailed record-keeping will be expected as part of your commitment to operational excellence.
Crew Foreman Requirements:
Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, specifically related to construction/enhancement projects Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in operating construction equipment (Track Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, etc.) Effective communication and team management skills Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
