Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing server test environments and manufacturing test infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure production test systems operate efficiently, troubleshoot technical issues, support new product introductions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain server test environments, PXE boot systems, and network infrastructure. Support L1/L2 test servers used for manufacturing validation. Troubleshoot test equipment and infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis. Procure, maintain, and calibrate test equipment including HiPot testers, racks, and diagnostic tools. Develop SOPs, troubleshooting documentation, and provide technical training. Partner with Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations to improve manufacturing test processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of server hardware testing or manufacturing test support experience. Experience with Linux administration, DHCP, FTP, SSH, PXE boot, and network configuration. Python or Bash scripting experience preferred. Familiarity with UTP, AVT, Burn-In, FVT, and server validation processes is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
