Job Description Responsibilities Essential function of this position include, but are not limited to: Keeps current on all production goals and objectives through in house training and communication with their respective supervisor to include the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Assures optimum productivity and quality standards are maintained. Assures that needed raw materials are requisitioned properly and in time to maintain productivity goals. Works directly with associate and team leadership to establish, maintain, and improve self inspection procedures for the manufacturing of quality products. Assists in instructing associates on how to report production, waste, and material usage according to the latest acceptable methods. Responsible to assure proper safety procedures are followed by all associates assigned to their area.
Minimum Requirement:
