full-time Production Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Production Supervisors and production teams. Ensure production schedules, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met. Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, Engineering, EHS, and HR to resolve operational issues. Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving initiatives. Develop teams and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive. 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree preferred
