Duties Supervise daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets using production management systems such as SAP, ERP, and MRP software. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles like Six Sigma and lean management techniques. Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, manage production planning, and ensure seamless supply chain analytics integration for efficient operations. Implement process improvements by analyzing Excel data, conducting root cause analysis, and applying lean manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee quality control procedures to meet strict manufacturing standards, ensuring products are produced to specifications with consistent quality. Manage plant operations by monitoring mechanical systems, overseeing assembly lines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilize manufacturing management systems such as SAP and ERP platforms to track production metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making. Experience Must have CNC machining experience and be able to help train and lead the team efficiently Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership in plant or operations management roles. SAP, MRP

(Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and supply chain management tools for effective production scheduling and planning. Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and lean management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. Mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in quality control processes to uphold high standards of product excellence. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering cross-functional communication across departments like supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance. Knowledge of manufacturing management systems and supply chain analytics to support continuous operational enhancements.
