Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve operational excellence while maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing processes and optimize supply chain management through innovative strategies and effective team management. Duties Supervise daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets using production management systems such as SAP, ERP, and MRP software. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles like Six Sigma and lean management techniques. Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, manage production planning, and ensure seamless supply chain analytics integration for efficient operations. Implement process improvements by analyzing Excel data, conducting root cause analysis, and applying lean manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee quality control procedures to meet strict manufacturing standards, ensuring products are produced to specifications with consistent quality. Manage plant operations by monitoring mechanical systems, overseeing assembly lines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilize manufacturing management systems such as SAP and ERP platforms to track production metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making. Experience Must have CNC machining experience and be able to help train and lead the team efficiently Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership in plant or operations management roles.
