Job Description

Our team is currently seeking a self-motivated Floor Supervisor to take charge of supervising and coordinating the activities of production plus helping our route representatives load and unload their trucks. Qualifications Must be able to speak fluent Spanish Read and write in English 1+ years' supervisory/leadership experience Must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds Responsibilities Work with others to ensure optimal shop floor efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Problem solves, provides guidance, and handles exceptions Works with other employees at all levels and within all departments to resolve daily problems Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement Monitor and manage employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies Responsible for loading product on our company trucks Responsible for unloading product on our company trucks Work independently and as part of a team to build on our culture of fun! Learn to use our laundry equipment/help with production Bonus Forklift License Benefits Bi-weekly pay on Friday's Health Care Available 1 Week of Sick Time & Vacation after 6 Months of Employment Day range :
