Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Experienced 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor! Shenandoah, Iowa Full-Time | 3rd Shift Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment LLOYD, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor to lead our Packaging and Labeling operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who is willing to learn, thrives in a hands-on supervisory position focused on quality, safety, production efficiency, and team development. Duties Supervising and supporting packaging personnel on 3rd shift Training employees on GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and daily operations Troubleshooting packaging and labeling equipment issues Supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives Performing secondary production checks and ensuring product quality standards Assisting with CAPA development and root cause investigations Qualified Candidates will have: Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or packaging operations Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred Strong understanding of GMPs, safety practices, and quality standards Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 2 years of packaging/manufacturing experience preferred We are looking for dependable leaders who want to grow their career in pharmaceutical manufacturing while helping develop strong teams and efficient operations. Pay:

$47,500.00 - $63,000.00 per year
