As a Retail Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our store's success by helping to sort, process, and prepare donations for sale to our customers. Pay $20.00 per hour Benefits- health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, employee discount Full time. Monday through Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm As a Retail Production Supervisor your responsibilities will include: Provide direction and oversight to team members working in the production area. Communicate regularly operating targets and progress against standards and expectations. Have the ability to hire, select, teach, train, develop, coach and counsel employees as needed. Have the ability to motivate the team regularly and ensure efficient operations by troubleshooting bottlenecks and working side by side with team members through the processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
