In this role, you will oversee all aspects of carpentry and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard. This is an opportunity best fit for someone who wants profit sharing on every project they deliver, and to build a new business. Responsibilities Lead and manage carpentry on multiple projects, providing clear direction and motivation to meet project goals and deadlines. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of carpentry work and installation. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with clients and suppliers Supervise the use of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Review estimating details to deliver accurate project budgets and timelines to customers. Facilitate training to subordinate carpenters. Maintain documentation of project progress, safety records, material inventories, and compliance reports. Skills Experience in construction estimating and planning for carpentry projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, installation techniques essential for high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during manufacturing. Familiarity with basic schematics. Experience with remodeling projects involving kitchens is beneficial. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to contracting.
