Lanoha Nurseries, Inc is seeking an experienced fabricator to work on custom design projects. The ideal candidate for this position is a creative, self-starter who can work under little to no supervision. The primary function of this position involves creating custom designs including but not limited to; landscape design elements, planters, pergolas, fire pits, entrance monuments, gates, railings, truck beds, equipment attachments, signs and repairs. Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom metal products
• Bend, cut, and weld a variety of metals
• TIG/MIG welding projects
• Create custom designs and blueprints
• Operate CNC Machine
• Manage a team of fabricators
• Ordering materials and consumables
• Providing estimates for projects Requirements
• Creative mind that can take an idea and turn it into reality
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to MIG and TIG weld
• Ability to decide what the best material is for the job
• Proficient problem solver with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with creating and understanding blueprints
• Experience with CNC Tables
• Experience with CAD software

Pay:

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
