Production Manager Bulldog Roofing is seeking a Roofing Production Manager in Omaha, Nebreska. Job Summary The Roofing Production Manager oversees all aspects of roofing project production, with accountability for schedule adherence, quality, safety, labor efficiency, material cost control, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures production execution supports company gross margin targets and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage daily roofing production activities Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship Monitor job-level labor and material costs against estimates and take corrective action to protect gross margin. Ensure all projects comply with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations Order, track, and manage materials and equipment for each project Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and resolve shortages or pricing discrepancies. Resolve on-site issues, delays, or quality concerns quickly and effectively Coordinate with sales, project managers, and customers including post-sale handoff, production scheduling communication, and issue escalation. Maintain accurate production records, schedules, and job costs Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements Adjust production schedules proactively in response to weather, crew availability, and material constraints. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff and crews including corrective action and performance accountability. Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, cycle time, and crew efficiency. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred 5+ years of roofing or construction production leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency with scheduling software, project management tools, or CRM systems (Acculynx experience preferred) Valid driver's license Preferred Skills & Experience Experience managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously Knowledge of insurance restoration roofing OSHA certification or safety training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time project completion rate Job quality and rework reduction Safety compliance and incident reduction Crew productivity and efficiency Customer satisfaction scores Production cycle times Gross Margin Work Environment Combination of office work and active job site supervision Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Occasional lifting, climbing, and ladder use

Compensation Plan Base Salary:

starts at $75,000 (may go up depending on experience)

Bonus:

10-20% of base salary based on performance targets achieved
