$20.25 JOB SUMMARY Oversee all aspects of the production of goods in the Retail Operations department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, train and schedule staff as needed, and provide input to store manager on evaluations Responsible for inventory control and notify manager of inventory needs Assist customers with loading sold merchandise safely Maintain a daily production log on all production staff, tracking individual productivity and overall store production Responsible for authorizing store discounts Responsible for accessing safe and making change for cashiers as needed Report known/suspected security and or theft activity to management Operate baler and forklift as needed Investigate and document on-the-job injuries of employees Inspect and sort donations in adherence to quality standards to ensure that items are suitable for sales floor Responsible for selecting, sorting, and sending specialized donated items to E-Commerce Utilize established pricing guidelines and mark up quality items when appropriate Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of employees, customers, and participants Must be able to assist at other store locations Other duties as assigned
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Personally participate in ongoing cross training opportunities, education and development as well as supporting others in their efforts to develop. Working relationship with supervisor and co-workers. Must possess good communication and motivational skills. Must be able to establish effective working relationship with work team.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Educate customers and the community about the mission and vision of the organization. Demonstrate the Goodwill core values through actions and words.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma required Two (2) years' experience in a retail production work environment required One (1) year previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Forklift certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be able to work flexible hours as required in order to meet operational needs of the store. Must be dependable. Must have excellent leadership ability. Demonstrate good work practices and set a positive example for team members. Must have high performance standards.
