Foreman:
Participates in daily morning meetings with the Production Manager to review schedules, project requirements, and priorities. Leads team briefings, ensuring the crew is prepared and that all necessary materials, products, and equipment are loaded and secured before leaving for the job site. Contacts customers while en-route to confirm appointments, provide updates, and maintain clear communication. Completes installations to the highest quality standards while maintaining project timelines and ensuring on-time completion. Identifies and recommends improvements that enhance job quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety. Maintains a clean and organized work environment, taking proactive steps to leave each customer's property in excellent condition. Delivers an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Safely unloads, cleans, and organizes company vehicles and equipment at the end of each workday. Demonstrates responsibility of company products, tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and protected. Consistently upholds the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions and responsibilities. Requirements of our
Foreman:
High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred. Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred. Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet. Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time. Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects. Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time. Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company. Ability to understand
