Job Description
Our client is looking for a Maintenance supervisor in the manufacturing industry. If you enjoy overseeing production teams, ensuring equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, this role is ideal for you. As a Maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for managing first-shift activities, supervising staff, coordinating work flow, and implementing process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations. You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing setting, utilizing your skills in supervision, process management, and equipment maintenance to ensure production goals are met. Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
2-4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of production processes, controls, and instrumentation Experience with process improvement and managing budgets and expenses College degree preferred Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement solutions Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
