If you have at least two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, then consider this full-time, first-shift role with every other Friday off! Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop production team members
• Organize and monitor work flow, schedule and assign personnel, and monitor processes to meet production goals
• Ensure proper operation of all equipment
• Compile and analyze production performance data
• Create and revise systems and procedures, and implement improvements
• Enforce quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
