As Operations Manager- Second Shift, you are responsible for the overall leadership and management of GSM's 2nd shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This position has collaborative ownership of machining, assembly, quality, material control, and supporting functions, driving operational excellence and aligning daily execution with GSM's mission to support the U.S. Navy. Responsibilities Lead shift operations in coordination with Department Managers to achieve performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Supervise daily activities in machining, welding, assembly, and quality during second shift to ensure optimal utilization of people, machines, and materials.
