Job Description

Overview Help Production manager to achieve corporate and department objectives. Monitoring Production Line operation, ensure line operator follow all require procedure, report to Supervisor the daily production activity. Forward the information to Logistic department in case of not complete the production schedule. Help training new employee. Responsibilities (not limited to and subject to change) Patrol production lines and GMP area. Report any abnormal situations to supervisor. Report Line stop and loss information to Teams message. Contact Maintenance department when machine issue. Fully understand company policies, Production SOP and SSOP. Report to supervisor when found line operator not following rule and procedure. Reviewing daily production record document. Report to supervisor if found any abnormal data. Ensure daily production schedule completion. Report to supervisor if schedule been not complete. Receive new line worker and set up the training video and document the training record. Maintain safe and clean workplace. Production Data input and Processing. Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the applicable processes and related equipment. Physical Requirements Able to lift Minimum 40 lbs. Require standing and walking for 50% of shift time. Require sitting for 50% of shift time. Schedule 2st Shift (02:00~11:00, including 1hour meal break) Tue to Sat (Overtime required including Holiday and Weekend) First 30 days of probation Monday to Friday for training
