1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Union Beverage Packers, LLC is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our production team in a beverage manufacturing facility. The Production Supervisor is responsible for making sure the production lines run safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. This position will supervise line leads, machine operators, production employees, and temporary employees.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise production employees during the shift. Make sure employees follow safety, GMP, food safety, and quality rules. Make sure production lines are running correctly and safely. Check lines during startup, changeovers, production, and shutdown. Support daily production goals and line efficiency. Work with Maintenance and Quality when issues happen. Make sure employees keep the work area clean and organized. Help train, coach, and guide employees. Monitor attendance and report issues to management and HR. Complete production reports and shift paperwork. Communicate clearly with employees, managers, and other departments. Support a respectful, safe, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous production, manufacturing, food, beverage, or warehouse experience. Supervisor or line lead experience preferred. Must be able to lead employees in a professional way. Must be able to work on the production floor. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and different shifts if needed. Basic computer skills preferred.
