Food Packaging Supervisor (Multi-Line)

Job Summary This is a hands-on supervisor role overseeing a fast-paced, multi-line food production and packing operation. You will manage daily production from 8AM-6PM, ensuring all lines are staffed, running efficiently, and prepared for both the current day and the next. This role requires someone who can operate independently, make real-time decisions, and take full ownership of production flow, team performance, and output. Strong leadership, production experience, and accountability are required. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple food production and packaging lines Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met Manage employee scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage Prepare production lines for startup and ensure proper end-of-day shutdown Monitor workflow and resolve production issues, delays, or bottlenecks in real time Supervise and support production staff to maintain efficiency and morale Train team members and enforce safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Coordinate with operations and management on production planning Support expansion and setup of additional production lines Maintain organized reporting and communication across shifts Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English required 3+ years of consistent, hands-on experience in a supervisory role within food production, manufacturing, or packaging required Experience overseeing multiple production lines and teams Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a production environment Experience with scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in as needed Other Notes Full-time, on-site position
