All work is local - no travel required! Eligible applicants must have 3+ years prior subgrade prep experience in heavy civil construction, including commercial and residential construction with previous experience as a finish blade operator and foreman of subgrade crew. Understanding of and adherence to company and site safety standards is required. Must possess strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints and GPS is a must. Applicants must possess a current NM driver's license with clean driving record. Must pass required pre-hire screening including but not limited to drug/alcohol tests, general physical, MVR and background checks. Franklins participates in E-Verify. Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications amongst others if required. Knowledge of Procore and Traqspera is a plus.
