You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, optimizing production workflows, and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities Enforce strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and proper use of PPE, to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Direct daily production activities to ensure output targets are met while minimizing waste and adhering to 6S organizational standards. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain optimal machine speeds and uptime. Manage shift personnel, including training, performance evaluations, and attendance tracking, to foster a culture of accountability and professional growth. Maintain accurate production logs and downtime records using digital management systems to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations throughout the production cycle. Coordinate labor resources and break schedules to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic computer troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with labor relations and managing employee performance metrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
