Job Overview Mayer Brothers Apple Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Lead to join our 2nd shift team at our Barker, NY facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting production operations, leading employees, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Hours:

4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs. Responsibilities Lead and support production employees throughout the shift. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards. Promote and enforce all safety, food safety, GMP, and company policies. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Monitor workflow and address production issues as they arise. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments. Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with staffing, employee performance, and shift coverage as needed. Qualifications Previous experience working in a manufacturing, factory, or production plant is required . Prior experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role is required . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer and documentation skills.
