Job Description
The Production Supervisor is a vital frontline leader responsible for the seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations. This role isn't just about oversight; it s about "owning the floor." You will lead a dedicated team to hit aggressive productivity goals and meet customer deadlines while maintaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a disciplined, proactive leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who can manage high-volume production lines while simultaneously developing the next generation of production talent.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Execute daily production plans by directly overseeing 3-5 production lines per shift. Act as the primary point of accountability for driving floor performance, hitting throughput targets, and ensuring all customer deadlines are met without compromise.Team Development:
Lead, train, and mentor new hires. You will be responsible for ensuring every team member is fully proficient in safety protocols and operational procedures in strict alignment with regulatory and company standards.Labor & Scheduling:
Mastermind shift logistics by managing work schedules and optimizing overtime usage. You will ensure 100% accuracy in timekeeping, attendance records, and labor allocation to maintain a lean, efficient operation.Compliance & Safety:
Serve as the guardian of the plant s safety culture. Ensure the team operates in total compliance with OSHA, regulatory requirements, and internal company safety policies.Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain high-integrity operational records, including incident reports and shift handovers. Track and report on KPIs such as productivity, quality, and safety metrics to senior leadership.Implementation & Improvement:
