A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
Required Experience:
- Five plus years of experience in the pipe/tubing fitting trade.
- The ability to read process piping drawings and experience with layout of piping.
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel pipe and sanitary tube fitting techniques.
- TIG Sanitary purge welding & Carbon steel pipe welding.
- Foreman will have 5 years plus experience with process equipment installation, Managing multiple installers on projects and interfacing with administration to properly track job progress.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail a must.
- Willing to travel and manage local and out of state projects.
- Foreman will be responsible for company supplied vehicle and all tools assigned to his crews.
- Foreman will be responsible for job site safety and awareness meetings.
- Manage time for each individual under his command.
- Work with engineering in initial job set up and manage project materials.
- Interface with customer to insure a seamless installation with minimal plant interruptions.
- Work with installers and welders to ensure proper procedures are being followed and quality is of the highest standards.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in the food industry or Fluid Process Experience
- Knowledge of
USDA & PMO
(Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)Basic PC Skills Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to work holidays, weekends or extended hours as needed for shutdowns.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
