Job Summary Stellar Roofing is looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising crews, managing schedules and materials, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in roofing or exterior home improvement, and a commitment to maintaining high productivity, quality, and safety standards across all job sites. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of materials Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards Schedule and manage construction jobs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in production management or a related field Familiarity with supply chain management and operations management concepts Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Mechanical knowledge and understanding of production equipment and processes Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and motivate employees Valid NYS Drivers license with clean driving record required.
