$65,000 to $85,000 annually Seeking Compound Supervisor to oversee daily material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
Compound Supervisor will supervise and lead a team of up to 20 production and material handling employees while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Oversee compounding, inventory management, material movement, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and compliance with cGMP, SQF, ISO, EFfCI, and other regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, process optimization, safety, inventory accuracy, and first-time-right production. Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and receiving teams to maintain inventory levels, meet production deadlines, approve employee timekeeping, and support daily operational needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred, with previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. Strong knowledge of c
GMP, OSHA
regulations, inventory control, material handling, and continuous improvement principles; forklift certification required. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate employees. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in an active manufacturing environment, and perform standing, walking, bending, and other physical duties throughout the shift.
