Job Description
Production Line Foreman We are seeking an experienced and dependable Production Line Foreman to oversee multiple product preparation and production lines. The Foreman will be responsible for keeping daily production running smoothly, supervising employees, monitoring product quantities, and making sure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise multiple production and product preparation lines Ensure production lines operate efficiently and stay on schedule Track product counts and completed quantities Verify that physical product counts match system records Ensure products are prepared, packed, labeled, and handled correctly Communicate production issues and shortages to management Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish — required Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple production lines at the same time Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal software Dependable, organized, and able to solve problems quickly Ability to monitor production goals
