• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assembly line activities, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations within a factory setting. Duties Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and materials needed for production. Train and mentor team members on the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve fabrication processes and enhance productivity. Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and employee performance. Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a strong understanding of assembly line operations. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in fabrication processes. Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
