$85,000•$90,000 per year shift: Third work hours: 10:30 PM•7 AM education: High School Responsibilities Lead and support production activities during the 3rd shift to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements are consistently met. Provide hands-on leadership and direction to production employees and team leaders. Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Promote a culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and accountable for their work. Monitor production schedules, staffing, equipment performance, and workflow to identify and address issues quickly. Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime. Work closely with Quality to ensure products meet Tate's and Mondelēz quality and food-safety standards. Ensure employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food-safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and company policies. Investigate production issues and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Track key performance indicators and communicate shift results, challenges, and opportunities to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
