A Syracuse, New York, based production company is committed to reliability, quality, and exceptional service. Presently, we are seeking a Production Leader to join our Syracuse, NY based team. The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality beverage manufacturing. This role manages production staff, coordinates scheduling, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across production processes. Requirements Oversee day-to-day production operations, including beverage production, ice production, and dry ice handling Ensure all production processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, local/state requirements) Monitor production output, efficiency, waste, and downtime; implement improvements as needed Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and sales teams to align production with delivery and customer needs Maintain accurate production records and reports Oversee equipment operation and coordinate preventative maintenance Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of safety and accountability 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management (food/beverage or industrial preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Working knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety compliance Experience with inventory management and scheduling systems Ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in beverage production, cold-chain, or ice manufacturing Familiarity with FDA food safety standards, HACCP, and OSHA regulations Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience 1st
Shift Pay Rate Range:
