00/hr. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your department and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental processes, productivity and organization.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively and motivate employees
• Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
