Council of Industry Responsibilities What You'll Do:
Lead by example on the production floor. Support and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals. Train employees on equipment, processes, and quality standards. Assist with scheduling work and establishing department priorities. Troubleshoot production challenges and help implement solutions. Monitor product quality and ensure customer specifications are met. Support equipment readiness and operational efficiency. Assist with performance evaluations and employee development. Maintain production records and analyze performance data. Foster a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
