  • extrusion department
  • , while supporting compounding, material handling, and maintenance teams to ensure the achievement of facility and corporate objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • As a
  • Production Supervisor
  • , you will:
  • Monitor and manage performance indicators
  • related to production, quality, safety, and budget variances (40%).
  • Lead personnel activities,
  • including employee selection, training, skill assessment, overtime coordination, and discipline (30%).
  • Ensure safety awareness:
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices and compliance with company policies and procedures (10%).
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • by leading and prioritizing Lean, Six Sigma, and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) projects (10%).
  • Resolve manufacturing challenges:
  • Provide technical support to prevent and address production and operational issues (10%).

  • 1-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a

    • + Strong computer skills (MS Office, production reporting, MRP systems, Kronos/UKG Timekeeping). + Continuous improvement expertise (LEAN, Six Sigma, WCM). + Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Ability to read schedules and metrics and act accordingly.
