- Lead and manage approximately 10 machinists and floor personnel in a non-union machine job shop environment
- Oversee and optimize production operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery performance
- Manage departmental budgets, control operational costs, and drive continuous improvement in profitability
- Ensure all quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
