Quality Services Supervisor CES/AWS is looking for a Quality Services Supervisor for our distribution warehousing client.

up to $23.50 per hour

Shift:

1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

full time This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees, coordinating staffing, supporting quality, and ensuring customer expectations are met. What You'll Do Supervise and provide daily direction to Team Leaders and Inspectors Coordinate daily schedules and staffing based on customer requirements Coach, train, and develop employees to improve team performance Support new employee orientation and ongoing training Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews Ensure accurate daily operational and quality data Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs) Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement Troubleshoot operational issues and identify process improvements Communicate with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving Review and authorize employee time sheets Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience supervising, leading, or providing daily direction to employees Experience in quality, manufacturing, production, warehouse, automotive, or a similar operational environment Experience scheduling employees and coordinating staffing needs Strong communication and customer service skills Experience coaching, training, or developing employees Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement Comfortable using computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, and communication Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance Ability to support overtime and weekend work when needed If you are interested, please apply or send your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGUS Apply For this Job × Email This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
