- Supervise and lead a team of 8-9 operators
- Provide hands-on support on the production floor as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
- Monitor and drive production goals to ensure all targets and deadlines are consistently met Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Background in chemical manufacturing preferred; candidates with linear manufacturing experience will also be considered
- Experience with color matching processes is a significant advantage
