Job Description
We're Raising the Line in Central and Southern Ohio - Are You Ready to Lead? Are you an experienced Masonry Foreman or Superintendent ready to lead dynamic teams and take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship? At RVM Construction, we're looking for a driven and agile leader to join our mission to "Raise the Line" by setting higher standards of excellence in masonry, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results. As a Masonry Foreman/Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality masonry work across Central and Southern Ohio. With your deep expertise and leadership, we're looking to raise the line in every aspect of construction—from safety and quality to team dynamics and project execution.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of masonry practices, a commitment to safety, and a drive for excellence. You'll be entrusted with overseeing crews, managing projects, and ensuring our work meets the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, supervise, and empower masonry crews, fostering a positive, accountable work environment.Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and goals are met efficiently.Quality Control:
Monitor masonry work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Address discrepancies swiftly.Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety practices and provide ongoing safety training to ensure a safe work environment.Material & Equipment Management:
Coordinate deliveries and maintain equipment to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.Communication & Collaboration:
Be the key point of contact between crew members, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity at all times.Training & Development:
Mentor and train new crew members, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety awareness.Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of masonry experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and tools. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with an eye for detail. Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Safety-first mindset and a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. Why Join Us?
