Job Description

Guided by our values of Care, Commitment, and Excellence , we are looking for a strong leader to oversee our Liquids Packaging Department and help ensure the safe, accurate, and timely production of liquid medications. As the Liquids Packaging Supervisor, you will: Ensure packaging technicians consistently meet daily production and quality standards Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment Partner closely with Quality to ensure label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory compliance Respond promptly to customer needs, including repackaging requirements Ensure all labels and documentation are accurate and compliant Assign daily production responsibilities and ensure goals are achieved Train and develop new employees Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed Guide Lead Packaging Technicians and assign critical equipment responsibilities Ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Your leadership will set the tone for accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in protecting patient safety through strong oversight and attention to detail. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has experience in operations, manufacturing, or a pharmaceutical environment Has previous supervisory or lead technician experience (minimum leadership of 5 team members preferred) Understands FDA and cGMP regulatory requirements Demonstrates strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical packaging equipment Is organized, accurate, reliable, and efficient Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Communicates effectively and builds strong, engaged teams High School Diploma or GED required. Pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred. Why Safecor Health?
