What You Will Do Lead and Assist Teams:
Supervise, assign daily tasks, assist with installs, train, and mentor a crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and according to project specifications.Review Plans:
Interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals to plan daily field work.Control Quality:
Verify rough openings, layouts, and final installations to ensure they are plumb, level, and watertight.Enforce Safety:
Maintain strict job-site safety standards.Coordinate Logistics:
Communicate daily progress and logistical needs with project managers and general contractors.What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial glazing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of storefront systems, curtain walls, structurally glazed systems, commercial windows and commercial hardware.Certifications:
OSHA 30, CPR and lift training certifications are required.Safety Compliance:
Must possess a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Position is subject to ongoing random drug testing in compliance with safety regulations.Skills:
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic digital literacy for field reporting.Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy glass, work at heights on scaffolding/lifts, and work outdoors. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime potential.
