Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage floor staff, and ensure the safe and efficient flow of inventory from receiving to shipping. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management:

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, pick/pack, and inventory control personnel. Schedule shifts, manage workflow priorities, and allocate daily labor to meet operational demands and shipping deadlines. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and handle onboarding and training for new hires.

Operations & Workflow Oversight:

Monitor the end-to-end warehouse lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Optimize warehouse layout and slotting strategies to maximize space utilization and pick-path efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies promptly.

Inventory Control:

Oversee regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to maintain high inventory accuracy. Investigate and report discrepancies, shrinkages, or damaged goods according to company policy.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct routine safety inspections of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and facility infrastructure. Lead daily safety huddles and ensure incident-free shift handoffs. Supervisory Responsibilities None Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 to 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role. Proven experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, RF scanners).
