Schedule That Works for Work-Life Balance Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period : Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Enjoy full-time pay with built-in time off. What You'll Do As a Night Production Supervisor, you will plan, supervise, and coordinate department operations to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees Drive performance related to volume, cost, quality, and delivery Motivate, coach, and develop employees to achieve maximum efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities for optimal production Set goals and accountabilities used for performance evaluations Manage overtime scheduling and control absenteeism Identify and recommend improvements to equipment performance and product quality Implement approved process and equipment changes Conduct new employee orientation and ensure ongoing training and development Communicate company policies clearly and consistently Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth What We're Looking For 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong commitment to workplace safety Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting Willingness to work night shift, overtime, and flexible schedules as needed Why Join Sam Dong Ohio?
