Full Job Description Job Description :

Shop Floor Production Lead Looking for an energetic person with a continuous improvement mentality.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Oversee hourly, daily production operations and workflow o Managing and coordinating production associates time & work o Ensuring staff is working to production needs in a effective manner  Assemble products and manage subassembly processes according to specifications  Monitor and maintain inventory levels with a just intime strategy  Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements  Ensure quality standards are met throughout production  Track production metrics and maintain documentation  Ensure production is learning and utilizing a 6 S approach  Begin educating the team on lean principles

Required Qualifications:

 3+ years manufacturing/assembly experience  Strong understanding of inventory management  Experience with production coordinating/scheduling  Problem-solving and team leadership abilities

Technical Skills:

 Proficient in MRP/ERP systems  Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly expertise  Quality control and inspection capabilities

Core Competencies:

 Team leadership, personnel and time management  Problem-solving and troubleshooting  Inventory control and material planning  Clear written/verbal communication  Time management and organization
