Shift Location:
Findlay, OH (Local candidates only•no relocation offered)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM•10:30 PM (Requires arriving 15 minutes prior/staying 15 minutes after shift; weekend overtime as needed)

The Role As the Production Supervisor•2nd Shift, you will report directly to the Production Manager and serve as the operational anchor for your assigned area. This is a high-visibility, 100% floor-based leadership position where you will coach line leaders and guide hourly employees. You will train on the day shift to build foundational process knowledge and earn your team's trust before transitioning to lead the 2nd shift.
Daily Responsibilities:
Meeting and tracking production requirements and metrics. Lead shift start-up meetings and attend other meetings as needed. Communicate with 1st and 3rd shift production supervisors during shift changes. Follow the production schedule and make adjustments when necessary. Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate the hourly workforce to improve performance. Ensure all necessary training is completed for both new and current staff. Review and verify shift paperwork and production numbers for accuracy. Confirm time sheets, vacation requests, and time-off records in the timekeeping system. Ensure shift safety, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met. Conduct performance reviews for line leaders and production employees. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements. Handle disciplinary actions and support HR related functions. Other duties as directed by management. What We Are Looking For You will get your steps in! We need a visible, energetic, and communicative lead who enjoys spending 100% of their day on the production floor, holding teams accountable, driving quality, and executing seamless operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED At least a year of experience overseeing others in a manufacturing environment Experience overseeing at least 10-15 people at a time Microsoft Office experience, including BASIC Excel skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Production scheduling ERP experience Non-union supervision Candidates are required to be local to the Findlay, OH area; there is NOT relocation for this position.
