Full Job Description Compounding Supervisor Location:

What You'll Be Mixing Up:
As our Compounding Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated weekend team in the production of high-quality bulk products. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and that scheduling SAP is accurate. Lead and manage weekend compounding operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Train, coach, and develop your team to hit performance targets and grow their skills. Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve SAP or documentation discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to keep production flowing. Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and team performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment. What We Need from
You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry). 3+ years of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of
GMP, OSHA
safety standards, and SAP. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Can lift up to 80 lbs and move drums up to 600 lbs with equipment. Are comfortable working in a wet, chemical-based environment. Know how to lead a team with confidence and compassion on weekends Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
