Preferred, but not required Join the Millwood Team! Millwood, Inc. is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience who knows how to motivate people, maintain high standards, and keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily production activities for the 3rd shift. Assign work and delegate production responsibilities to employees and teams. Monitor production schedules, orders, quality, and productivity. Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available and functioning properly. Identify and address equipment or production issues. Enforce all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Coach, train, and develop team members. Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with employees and management across shifts. Maintain accurate production and operational records. What We're Looking For Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a related field . Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM .
